| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. | Silk Road Tribal will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Silk Road Tribal will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund. Sorry, no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only with prior notification. If there is a problem with your order or if it is not as you expected, please notify Silk Road Tribal within two weeks of receiving your order either by email or phone at 206.794.5357 (PST). Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in their original condition. Before a replacement item can be shipped to you, Silk Road Tribal must receive the item you are returning. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If Silk Road Tribal ships you the wrong item you will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the returned item to us and we will pay for the cost of shipping a replacement item to you. |

Silk Road Tribal ships all domestic orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Silk Road Tribal ships to many countries. Please note that the USPS requires that International orders over 4 lbs. must be shipped via Priority Mail. If you receive an address error while trying to place an international order please contact Silk Road Tribal as your country may need to be added to the list of shipping countries.
Shipping charges vary depending on weight, size, and destination of package and customers are solely responsible for shipping charges.
Orders usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your order and most domestic shipments are usually delivered within 7–14 days of placing your order. International orders take longer for delivery. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Silk Road Tribal or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping. Silk Road Tribal is not responsible for delays, mishandling, damage, or lost packages due to handling by the USPS. Shipping insurance is optional and is recommended for your protection. |
