Previously worn by village women in Rajasthan, India these vintage Banjara skirts are authentic tribal wear! The waistband is often embellished with embroidery, shisha mirror work, and beading. The skirt is typically decorated with applique work and embroidery. The skirts are quite full and if split at the seam they fly open when spinning! No two alike! Beautiful worn over a 25-yard tribal skirt or pantaloons. Due to the authentic vintage wear there may be holes, stains, fading, missing/cracked mirrors, or other flaws. India.
